                                 Sub: Temporary Status Mazdoors (TSM) period entry in

                                          the Service Books and HRMS system -                                                                                        --

           In accordance with the instructions received from BSNL Corporate Office vide letter No. 250-20/2014-Estt-III dated 21-7-2014 50% of TSM status prior to 30-09-2000 is counted for the pensionary benefits of the TSM employees.             

           It is found that there is no entries made in HRMS package by CDL and DPI SSAs.  The remaining SSAs also have done partially.         

          Hence all the Heads of SSAs/Units are hereby requested to arrange for updaton of necessary entries regarding TSM status prior to 30-09-2000 in the Service Book as well as HRMS package  to avoid delay in settlement of pensionary benefits. 

          Since a  report on the above is required for submission to the 21^st Circle Council Meeting, kindly take necessary action to update the TSM period entries in the Service Books and HRMS package immediately.  

          Updation of TSM Entry Date may be done in the package as under:-

         “ Staff Module -> Update -> TSM Entry Date “ available to all Sys Administrators and Staff Master Roles.  

          Cooperation in this regard is solicited and compliance intimated.
